I have 7+ years of experience as an all-around IT Support Engineer, working in an MSP environment. Working in a variety of companies such as retail, education, industrial, legal & transport to name a few. This has enabled me to get a grasp of what's important to a business and prioritise tasks to keep the business running smoothly. I have supported a multitude of operating systems ranging from XP through to the latest Windows 10, and the server versions too. I have experience supporting back-end services such as Active Directory, Exchange & SQL server's. Accounting systems such as Sage & Quickbooks & large scale wireless networking equipment from Ubiquiti. I have also managed a team of other engineers on a help desk.
